HOW WE WORK
From Farm to Ship — Every Step Controlled
Farm Sourcing
We work directly with vetted smallholder and commercial farm cooperatives across Nigeria's middle-belt states. Our field agents inspect crops pre-harvest to ensure quality consistency before purchase.
Primary Cleaning
Freshly harvested commodities pass through multi-stage mechanical cleaning lines that remove stones, dust, chaff, and foreign matter to international specifications.
Processing & Grading
Products undergo gravity separation, optical colour sorting, milling (where applicable), and moisture reduction. Each batch is graded against SGS or Bureau Veritas reference standards.
Quality Inspection
Samples from every lot are sent to our in-house lab and to accredited third-party laboratories (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) for full quality analysis reports.
Packing & Documentation
Approved batches are packed in food-grade materials — 50kg PP bags, jumbo bags, or custom retail packaging. Full export documentation (phytosanitary certificate, CoO, quality cert) is prepared simultaneously.
Container Loading & Shipping
Containers are stuffed at our bonded facility under NAQS supervision and sealed for shipment from Lagos Apapa Port or Onne Port to buyer's specified discharge port.
