What shipping methods do you offer?

We maintain a rigorous “farm-to-port” quality control system. This includes moisture-level testing immediately after harvest, multi-stage cleaning to remove admixtures, and final grading in our certified warehouses. Every batch is inspected by our in-house QC team before being approved for bagging

We provide a Phytosanitary Certificate with every shipment to guarantee that the commodities meet the sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) requirements

Our standard packaging includes 50kg Jute bags or PP bags, depending on the commodity. For moisture-sensitive products, we offer vacuum-sealed bags or container liners. We can also provide customized branding and bag sizes (e.g., 25kg,10kg ) upon request.

We use “dry-container” protocols, which include lining the container walls with corrugated kraft paper and placing high-absorption desiccant poles (silica gel) to prevent “container sweat” and mold growth during long voyages.

Even though we recommend a minimum ordering quantity of one 20ft Full Container Load (FCL). Since, it ensures cost-efficiency for the buyer regarding freight and documentation fees. However, for trial orders of high-value specialty crops, we are happy to discuss smaller air-freight volumes.

Yes, we operate an out-grower program where we work directly with local farmers. This allows us to ensure fair pricing for farmers and provide our buyers with full traceability back to the region of cultivation

We operate a “Direct-from-Farm” sourcing model. Each batch is assigned a unique tracking ID at the farm gate or collection center. This allows us to trace every bag back to the specific farm and region of harvest, ensuring ethical sourcing and transparency

We maintain strategic buffer stocks in our climate-controlled warehouses and have a diversified network of out-growers across different ecological zones. This allows us to fulfill long-term contracts even during the traditional “off-season.”

Our processing facilities adhere to strict HACCP and ISO standards. Depending on the commodity, our process includes mechanical cleaning, gravity separation to remove impurities, color sorting, and moisture-controlled drying to ensure the product meets “Export Grade A” specifications.

Yes. We offer customized primary processing. Whether you require raw cashew nuts or blanched kernels, or dried split ginger versus ginger powder, our facility is equipped to handle specific granules and processing requests.

We utilize “Active Protection” packaging. This includes the use of high-grammage desiccant bags to absorb moisture, kraft paper container lining to prevent “container sweat,” and ensuring that commodities are loaded at or below their critical moisture set-point.

We primarily quote CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). However, for flexible and inclusivity, we can discuss other terms for possible alignment
